Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase in the U.S. for items in perfect, saleable condition with original sales receipt.

Requirements:

  • All merchandise must be returned with original packaging, including jewelry boxes and pouches
  • Items must be in pristine, sellable condition
  • Original sales receipt required

Exclusions:

  • Personalized, altered, or engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returns and exchanges must be processed in the original country of purchase
  • Select limited edition and collaboration pieces may not be eligible for return

Exchange Policy:

Full refunds or exchanges available for all qualifying merchandise within the 30-day window.

You may return your online purchase through any of the following options:

  • Print a return shipping label and send your package back to us. Please complete and include the return slip with your package. Return shipping costs will apply.
  • Contact us and one of our specialists will assist you with your return.
  • Visit our Los Angeles location to return your item in person. Please bring your original form of payment and sales receipt.

  • Visit our Los Angeles location to exchange your item in person. Please bring your sales receipt along with your item for exchange.

For online/phone purchases:

Credit or debit card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder's account. Gift recipients are entitled to exchange only or store credit redeemable at our Los Angeles location or for future online purchases.

For in-store purchases:

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Credit or debit card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder's account. Cash purchases will be refunded in cash. Gift recipients are entitled to exchange only or store credit redeemable at our Los Angeles location or for future online purchases.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
